The dynamic and collaborative process created between you as client-organization and TCG! is ‘unique’ and ‘personalized’.

As we work together through these stages, new information and data will become available, allowing us to ‘specify’ gradually our approach, which might also lead to reconstructing and readjusting the role and contribution of all parties involved. The depth with which those steps will be developed depends on the complexity of the assignment and the number of stakeholders involved.

Contact arrow The key objective is to share the initial perception of the performance challenge, and understand the context the assignment will be conducted in.
Contact arrow Formal working agreement that covers the assignment, its ways of working, roles of client and consultant. First attempt to define the scope and limitations of the assignment and to identify the stakeholders involved
data arrow Facilitates through various methodologies like: Focus groups, Interviews, Force Field Analysis, SWOT-analysis, Brainstorming, Impact / Effort.

facebook arrow The main objective of this phase is to bring about a mutual understanding and agreement on the diagnosis of the situation.
decide This is an important recontracting moment where we agree on the actions to take, the roles and responsibilities as well as the expected outcomes. We adapt the formal ‘consulting agreement’ accordingly.
In close association with internal expertise and experience, develops a detailed plan including methodology, involvement & communication strategy, project organization, activities, resources, budgets for the identified solution
Action plan generated to solve the problem, implement new technology or processes, start up projects which may include team development, training, coaching-on-the-job, etc…
Formal closure of the project, review with the stakeholders the activities undertaken and identify the learning.
